Sitting and practice-oriented discussion, suitable for beginners, as well as engaged practitioners.

Thursday Morning Women’s Group

This group offers women a place to come together in community to share our wisdom and strengthen our sense of belonging in the world.  Each week there will be time for silent meditation, teachings and group discussion. Beginning and experienced meditators welcome.
